He has held the following positions: Vice Director and Director, Business Section, Cultural Relics Shop of Beijing; Vice Manager, Beijing Cultural Relics Company; Vice Manage, Beijing Hanhai Artistic Artifacts Auction Company; member of the Party Leadership Group of the Party Committee; Assistant to Director of Administration; Director, Scattered Relics Division; Director, Administration Office; Assistant Inspector, Beijing Municipal Cultural Heritage Administration.
